I don't understand

I don't understand why in the textarea below I can see the code,
and instead (in the same textarea) in the blog's page I can't see it!

Non capisco perchè nella textarea qua sotto si vede il codice,
e invece (la stessa textarea) nella pagina del blog non si vede!
